CERTES is a public research laboratory created in 2001. Research activities concern the physics of heat and mass transferts. CERTES members are specialized in experimentation, modeling and signal processing.
Research applications field covers Thermal science in industry, Energy, Environment and Materials ; CERTES members are involved in many projects and collaborations with private industrial companies or R&D centers to promote industrial transfer of research results.
CERTES is a research lab (EA 3481) of the Paris-Est Créteil University, member of the OSU Efluve and led by Professeur Evelyne Géhin.
The laboratory is composed of professors and associated professors from several institutes and faculty: Créteil-Vitry Institute of Technology, Sénart-Fontainebleau Institute of Technology and Sciences & Technologies Faculty of the UPEC, spread over Créteil and Sénart sites. CERTES welcomes PhD students from the Ecole Doctorale Sciences, Ingénierie et Environnement of the Paris-Est University.
